Jackson has gone through two coaches already. I wouldn't blame him for not wanting to deal with a third one. He and Egor basicAlly play the same way. If egor stays I could see Marcus wanting a fresh start for one last year

Man that's a young, inexperienced staff for Rhoades. Byers is maybe 34 or 35 (but looks younger). Rodriguez is 27 or so? Brent is certainly the most experienced member there I guess but he's never been a #1 assistant or head recruiter before.

Doesn't Rhoades play the "head recruiter" role, as he did at Rice?
