Who else has gotten the JMU FCS Championship poster in the mail? I wasn't expecting it and it came in the mail as, I'm guessing, a thank you for being a football supporter.

Any cool ideas for framing it?

I'm going to have it framed with my tickets to the ND St and Championship games.

I didn't get mine, but if/when I do, it's going up right next to the 2004 poster hanging in my basement.

Any chance some one could snap/post a pic of it? Curious how it looks.

I believe this is only being sent to season ticket holders from last year? It's a thank you and a "wink wink nudge nudge" buy your tickets for next year.

Has someone received it that didn't have season tickets last year?

I would most definitely buy one of those if they sold them.

I had season tickets last year, gave/give to the Dukes Club and I didn't get a poster--until Friday.

From what I saw on FB they were all sent out so I would wait another few days before assuming who did and didnt. I didn't receive one yet but also saw friends who got their items.

The letter which was included from Mike Houston specifically addressed season ticket holders. So I would suspect that all season ticket holders will receive one.

It's a bit hard for me to be a season ticket holder from Spain.

I buy my season tickets from a buddy with a well established priority point base for better seats, so was out of luck on the poster. Sent a polite email explaining my slightly extenuating circumstances and asked if there was any way I might be able to grab one (pay or otherwise) and was rather curtly told no, and to buy my own season tickets.

Cool. Excellent customer service, Ticket Office.

So in light of THAT...anyone interested in parting with theirs? $$ or tailgate beer or something else you have in mind. PM me if so (thanks).

Really? Ugh. Plenty of ways to handle it that could've preserved it as an exclusive benefit for season ticket holders and was polite.

OR...when we moved out west I bought tickets for a year and sold or gave them away, then stopped because it was a pain to handle all that remotely. Then I just gave the Duke Club what I spent on the tickets. I figured that actually helped more because the school was still getting the $ and they could sell that seat too. This would not entitle me to a poster, if that's the criteria they set out, but why not set it at a bar of buying tickets or the contribution equivalent? Once they have the posters done the cost to print twice as many has to be relatively nominal.

This is really what kind of bothers me. I can only think of two reasons they had to say no. 1) cost, which is laughable and 2) exclusivity to season ticket holders

It's a great thank you and I'm sure everyone is happy to have them. But I find it incredibly hard to believe season ticket holders would be pissed if the prints were made available for wider purchase / one-time / recurring Duke Club donation (Talk about a missed fundraising opportunity! Have these guys ever watched a PBS begathon?).

Find me a non-trivial amount of season ticket holders who would be annoyed that these EXCLUSIVE prints were made available to non-season ticket holders and I'll absolutely shut up.
