Team needs Blue Nation
Fans wanted a winner....Bucs are big winners.
Fans wanted a big game ...This one is the biggest of the year.
Fans wanted the tournament in Asheville...Game is in Asheville.
The Bucs are doing their job, now its up to the Fans to do theirs.
UNCG brought a much larger crowd to the game last night than I expected. Talked to several of their fans and they said a lot more would be coming tonight and the students were doing a promotion to get a big representation for tonight's game..
The Bucs need a huge loud crowd tonight. Its winner take all.
GO BUCS

They had 3800 show up on senior day with a regular-season championship on the line. We will outnumber them, and it won't be close.

Yep. ETSU runs Asheville.
Vacation is sent in and I am heading off with my crew soon.

I hate having both teams with blue and gold as their colors. It makes it so confusing.
With us being the lower seed, that means our bench, pep band and all will be on the opposite end from last night, right? If so, that sucks, because I'm certain we will have more student fans there than they will. The extra space would have been nice.

Greensboro had a large crowd for the Wofford game. I expect they will have as many or more for tonight.

It is Spring Break at ETSU.

So, no tests tomorrow, and unless they took a road trip, no excuses for the large percentage of ETSU students who live in the local area.

While that is logical, the ETSU students who are most engaged are those living in on-campus housing. Those folks have gone home. The large percentage of ETSU students who live in the local area haven't shown up in significant numbers thus far, I don't see anything that predicts they will tonight.

FWIW, I'm an ETSU commuter student in Southwest VA and I'll be there tonight. No way I'm missing this. But in theory I agree that students that live on campus or in JC are more likely to be involved. It's pretty difficult to plan to be at a ton of games as a commuter.

There have been plenty of students in Asheville. They (and this alumnus) are screaming, cheering, and standing. Drop the hatchet, older gen.

I have no hatchet, I am just calling it like it is. That said, the student section at the championship game was fantastic and didn't follow previous trends of no shows at Freedom Hall.
