I'm all for mocking BigTribe3 when he gets things wrong, but Laycock does acknowledge it's not narrowed down. Other points in that article that Rotger has a hip injury that's kept him out a bit, and Hefter hasn't received as many reps (though he notes they could slot him in), and it sounds like the picture is forming. But as we all know with Laycock we really have no idea.

Positive news on Funderburke in the article. Glad to hear he's practicing, hope he can get back after a came or two.

No doubt Jimmye will disguise the qb route up until gameday for all it's worth, but expect they will know well ahead.

If Funderburke is back by conference play and 100% healthy it will be a huge boost....

Media are not allowed at scrimmages. Jimmye is historically very tight about public reporting of practice and scrimmage observations.

So I did watch today. I can post my thoughts if people want, but I'll hold off if it's bad form to share

Wow I can't believe this!

I mean, SF was pretty clear...PRACTICES AND SCRIMMAGES ARE CLOSED TO THE MEDIA. If JL wanted observations made public, he'd let the media in.

There are people who have been banned from attending practices...this is a fact...because they abused the program's trust.

Let's respect privacy and leave commentary to the media or what is observed during spring games.
