So now were just going for payoffs again. This rule actually HELPS many US firms, because it allows them to say.....we can't pay you bribes, so don't ask.

Good lord everything revolves around Putin. This is so all US multinational corps can have a level playing field. Other nations constantly bribe to get deals done. Not saying it's right, but it is the way stuff gets done globally. Allowing our corps to actually compete is a good thing, IMO.

YES! Until DJT starts behaving otherwise....Putin is running everything. Please give me something to show that DJT is independent of Putin.
