It will be interesting to see how Minnesota fans handle. With a MAC/WMU school that didn't have a ton of football tradition, little bit easier to take on some coach's random saying...but a B1G school? not sure it will catch on.

Whether the RTB thing is a success at Minnesota depends on how the team does.

If PJ's magic doesn't translate to Minnesota then RTB will be a joke, like it was the first couple of years at WMU. I remember the TV announcers kind of mocking it, calling WMU the "boat rowers" and making all kinds of boat jokes during the game.

It only became a mantra because the team was a success.

People will tolerate or latch on to anything as long the team is winning.

I'm sure there are many bankrupt companies whose walls were lined with cheesy motivational posters.

Don't expect him to be at Minny for too long. Kelly is on the hot seat at Notre Dame and if Fleck has a winning season at Minny he will be on ND's shortlist should Kelly fail like last year and get axed. Kelly also has to replace a QB so turning around ND will not be easy
