That would put us instantly as the front runner and be the season savior, but my guess is actually a JUCO player or a grad transfer that hasn't seen the field much at power 5 school.

When does he make his announcement?

Zaire is, supposedly, waiting until the SEC changes their rules regarding graduate transfers. There is a conference meeting in the next week to ten days so presumably after that. The general assumption is that he is going to Florida once the SEC changes the rule, which as of now Florida can't take any more grad transfers until 2019 because the past two grad transfers didn't cut it academically thus preventing Florida from having any until 2019. The rule change would allow Zaire to enroll at Florida this year.
