What it takes to get a conviction for murder is to prove that the elements of murder were present. They weren't. Murder is overcharging on these facts.

You can probably get manslaughter off these facts. But if there is any crime, it's heat of the moment, not intentional. And that's manslaughter, not murder.

Yep. Repeated cases of politics causing DAs to overcharge.

Also how crooked is the State Solicitor? Since when can convicted felons serve on a jury pool? The judge is even more corrupt or inept by influencing and bullying the jurors.

Agreed. Slager's life is clearly in danger when he fired those shots. You can see the threat on the video.

The facts support a finding of guilt on manslaughter, but not murder.
