Yes, a six way tie at 4-4:
Florida (4-2) loses to South Carolina (3-4) and LSU
Tennessee (2-3) beats Kentucky (4-3) and Missouri (0-5)
Georgia (3-4) beats Auburn
Vanderbilt (1-4) beats Ole Miss, Missouri, and Tennessee
First tiebreaker is head-to-head among the tied teams. By virtue of going 0-2 against the west, Tennessee and Florida make the first cut as they went 3-2 against the other five tied teams. Tennessee defeated Florida so Tennessee would be your SEC East Champion.

They should block out the SEC East and do a 1 time invite to Louisville to Atlanta vs. Alabama.

Just expand the friggin' playoff to 8 teams, and allow for 2 at large slots. All P5 conference champions go, the G5 gets at least 1 team. And the top 2 at large teams. A limit on 2 teams from any conference. Done.
You would still have controversies about the 2 slots. But at the end of the day, its harder to argue that team 9 would have run the table in the playoff than team 5.
This year,
PAC - Washington
G5 - Western Michigan
SEC - Alabama
B1G - Michigan
ACC - Clemson
Big XII - Oklahoma
At large candidates - Auburn, Ohio State/Wisconsin, Louisville.
Louisville would go, and probably Ohio State.
Seedings
Alabama v WMU
Clemson v Oklahoma
Michigan v Louisville
Washington v Ohio State

The school announced Sunday evening that star quarterback Chad Kelly will miss the rest of the season with a serious knee injury after tearing his ACL and lateral meniscus in Ole Miss' 37-27 win over Georgia Southern on Saturday. Kelly suffered the injury during the third quarter and was replaced by Jason Pellerin.

Auburn's not exactly healthy either Kaplony.. Pettway is likely out for that game and Sean White is questionable at this time (shoulder). Add to that the fact that Georgia is our oldest rival and the series is separated by 1 game after over 100 years and well, anything can happen, and has happened.
