MT ladies start their season today at 2pm with an exhibition against Coastal Georgia.

Can't wait for some live basketball.

Looking for CUSA to have a strong year, likely to be followed up with a disrespectful seed, only to win in the first round.

Old Dominion has two exhibition games coming up. On Wed we play VA State a team that went 24 - 6 last year and advanced to the 2nd round of the NCAA DIV. II playoffs for the National Championship.

VA Wesleyan is a local team that year in and year out has always played very well, even at the National level (DIV. III). Last year they went 24-7. They lost to the National Championship runner up for DIV. III "Christopher Newport" by 3 points.

WKU plays Campbellsville University (KY) on Tuesday night and Kentucky Wesleyan Saturday.

No exhibitions for charlotte. We opted to have two secret scrimmages instead and made our dii opponent a normal game. :Vomit:

I have no idea how useful a secret scrimmage is for the coaching staff but it is frustrating for fans who have to wait a little bit longer to see the team.

I believe we have an exhibition with SAU (Southern Arkansas). The last few years that has been a regular season game.

The MT ladies defeated Coastal Georgia today 108-49. Next exhibition is a doubleheader with the men on Thursday. Ladies vs Truett McConnell, men vs North Alabama (D2). Should be fun.

Marshall plays WV State (6-22) and the University of Charleston (16-14). There shouldn't be a debacle this year like last years Newberry game. I'm guessing these 2 exhibition games could determine the two players who red shirt this year. Marshall has 17 players on the roster, 13 scholarship players and 4 Walk Ons. All four (Jon and Ot Elmore, Stevie Browning and Jacob Kilgore) will play. Since you are only allowed to dress 15, two of the three from Ky're Allison (PG), Phil Bledsoe (SF) Jannson Williams (PF) will red shirt.

Wednesday can't get here fast enough! I'm dying to see some live Monarch basketball!

Well, it was an exhibition game and all the walk-ons played and no Wilms yet. If Fairbanks wins this Saturday and Houston Baptist wins Saturday night, adios to the fan base for both sports.

That campbellsville team was damn scrappy for sure. A top 10 NAIA school with D1 transfers. The Ole Miss kid had 28 I think. Saturday's game won't be any easier against KWC

Our walkons are Ot Elmore, Jacob Kilgore, Noah Frampton and Rondale Watson. Since Rondale Watson and CJ Burks are ineligible to play, they will not dress, leaving us 15 players available to play.
