The only reason any of the other football teams in the AAC are doing better than us in football is coaching. While it may not help our case to be losing right now, I seriously doubt any conference is going decide whether to add a school based on who their head coach is. A coach an easy thing to change. Things that matter are market size, facilities, athletic budget, academics, endowment, location, and - unfortunately - what the television networks want.
