Sorry, this game is not available in your area.

USM website says........ TV: American Sports Network

TV it says..........not stream........TV

So if you can't watch in on TV in the Jackson, MS metro market, where exactly can you watch it on TV???

I can get it in VA. You're welcome to come over and watch it with me. Plenty of cold beer.

04-cheers

edit: Seriously though, I'd expect that game to be available to you. I've found their guide listing not entirely reliable. It shows they're showing ASN games at 3:30 and 7:00 but nothing selected at Noon. I'd call your AD or the local channel. If it's not available I'd raise hell, like I said I can get it in rural VA with an antenna on my roof then you should be able to in Jackson MS. If nothing else at least a stream will be available. Good luck.

double edit: And get an updated CUSA logo for your profile. If you're going to be a dick about it at least don't be lazy and put the proper membership that you're bitching about up there.

Agreed! I don't understand why Mullen & Co are turning the ball over as much this season.

mullens' interceptions are coming over the middle forcing it....in this case, it was DJ's hands (once again) that cause the one in this game....

...and Ito never fumbles and did it twice....

Rice was never really 'in the game', but there is no doubting we have to limit to two or less every game or we'll lose 2-4 more games with three or more moving forward....

I would disagree with that to a degree considering we were only up 3-0 after the 1st quarter, Rice took a 7-3 lead 6 minutes into the 2nd quarter, and we kicked a 42 yard FG just before the half and were leading 13-7 at the half. Even after we scored 50 seconds into the 3rd quarter Rice came right back and scored to make it a 20-14 game. That's when Staggers scored on the 93 yard pass and Ito scored with about 2 minutes left to go in the 3rd to put us up by 20. When Ito scored that TD is when I finally felt comfortable personally. On a side note Rice scored more 2nd half points on us than the previous 4 opponents had combined. We had shut out UK, Savannah St, and UTEP while "limiting" Troy to a 2nd half TD and 2 FG.

I get what you're saying, but I never really thought Rice had much of a chance after Ito should've scored on the first drive....Mullens can drop it on a dime in stride and it was obvious what their weakness was that night....what a great game playing pitch and catch...

I am surprised we didn't run more toss plays to help keep our D off the field....Mullens designed runs were a bit more than I would like to see also...I like it at about 2/3 a game unless they choose not to defend that option...

I really like seeing Allen getting more touches at this point....he could dangerous down the road in specific situations....

it's all semantics at this point.....on to ooootsa now...

I too like seeing Allen getting more catches. He doesn't have blazing speed but once he catches it (which he usually does when it goes to him) he can pick up the yards as defenses usually forgot about him which leaves him wide open. As long as he keeps that up over the middle and in the flats it "should" keep the deep ball open for Staggers and company

2/3 looks per game works for me....and yes, he does CATCH the ball....it's kinda important....something DJ and Jones might want to pay attention to before thinking about getting hit or turning to run....

we have average to above at every skill position with a decent OL....this offense should be unstoppable

I'm gonna try to find some film from some of the oootsa games this year and take a glimpse of what formations their D has offered so far this year....

Unfortunately not me. We try and make plans before the season and this year we decided on Kentucky and North Texas. Both are an easy 8 hour or so drive and we have friends in both places so that saves on 2 nights hotel for each game.

I wish I could make it. San Antonio is a great city. I always enjoy visiting and I should make plans to go to the UTSA-USM game in two years.

It is a very early game, I have been slacking on the UTSA football games, so this will be my first one this season. Its not helping that it starts at 11am and I am driving from Houston.

Can't go, but San Antone and vicinity is one of my favorite travel destinations...while the River Walk gets all the press (for good reason), love me some Boerne, Gruene and
New Braunfels, TX! (with a few Shiner Bock's on da side!04-cheers)
