I'm not boasting, I'm just pointing out that 'sellout' means something entirely different when you play in an NFL stadium.
Attendance smack is lame. FSU just had your number today. It happens. Now the conference fun begins.

No doubt about that they played better and made better coaching decisions.
Now attendance smack maybe your fellow UCF posters will read that memo.

What have you done THIS year to think we can't?
Not give up 55 points on our home turf.
Not have the opposing team account for 80% of the attendance at the Liberty Bowl.
Show some reasonable semblance of a FBS offense.
Not get our @ss humbled and humiliated in our home stadium on national network TV.
Hey, USF has a good team but they got their heads handed to them by a motivated FSU squad. Sh!t happens and it happened at USF today. Who knows, the Bulls might use this to run off 8 straight wins. And your team will have 15 days to rest up and get ready for their sojourn to MEMPHIS. But the TIGERS will be ready and I can assure you of a few things:
1. The Bulls WILL not put up 55 points.
2. TIGER fans will outnumber the Bull fans.
3. MEMPHIS will be entertaining offensively.
Man up, learn from this beat down, and move forward.
how exactly do you have the power to assure anyone of those things? I mean sure you think your team is hot sh*t right now, but you've played nobody with a pulse. The one team you do play could run your a$$ out of their stadium, and then what? You'd just be another Memphis fan with his manhood in his hand telling the rest of us how great his team is. When it really isn't.
Losers complain and talk about other fan's "manhood" to divert attention from their apparent lack thereof. Does 31-24 ring any bells, cupcake?
The Orange smoked that Husky butt at your crib yesterday, Embrace it. Own it. Less than 32,000 attended that loss, LOL. Here's a reminder of your whipping yesterday:

Enjoy your trip down to Houston this coming week, LOSER. Hey, it "ain't your first rodeo", right?

We did not give up. That was the one positive.
And football in Florida in September? Sweltering in 90 degree stands is the norm, lol.

RE: FSU at USF
USF should have had a sellout vs FSU months ago. This game was not a sellout and had tons of empty seats. Good crowd for sure, but should have been packed. USF was 3-0 coming off a big win over another AAC team playing #13 FSU, a major program both locally and nationally. Still a legit 50-53k butts in seats by mid-1st. USF definitely didn't give up, which is something to take away for sure.

61k + announced
52k+ in seats
Not bad for a noon start on tv with FSU coming out of a beat down .
USF will take a couple of more winning seasons before we can put 40k in seats by ourselves.
I'm glad the team kept fighting and scoring in second half because I was worried that they would check out.
Ready for UC

Sitting here with my dad a USF grad. We watched the game together yesterday. I asked him what he thought of the 61k reported attendance and he said there must have been fans disguised as seats.... He was shocked at all the fans that bailed out at halftime. Contrast the USF crowd with Tennessee fans. Tennessee fans stuck around past half time even though the volunteers were getting drilled. They were rewarded with a victory.

RE: FSU at USF
IT was hot as HELL. I am burned and It was over 100 on the field.... as far as attendance, it didnt help that FSU returned 3,800 tickets. If they sold that, it would have been much closer to a sellout. Still the largest crowd outside of Houstons game that the AAC has had this year.... and it was a strong USF crowd.

Dot compare Tennessee fans to any of our fan bases is ridiculous. With that said they weren't down 24 at the half and many people that had club seats headed for the AC at half time. I mean everyone except maybe 1-2k brave ones took off for the club areas or the covered side areas at half time. As for attendance it's always hard to gage on tv when you get glimpses of areas and not a total view at different times. RJS has a lot of areas where fans can gather and watch game and not ever have to go to their seats. It's good if you are a fan and want to go different areas, not so good if you want fans in seats.
We will have to do with the good and bad of RJS until an on campus stadium is built. Till then we need to increase the fan base and I think the current AD has it right by not offering seats in upper decks for all games and when they do as this one charge a high price. Yes you sacrifice a sell out on a game like this one but you also increase the value of a season ticket.

Nothing new. I think it will happen but the timeline depends on many factors. If the Big12 says we need one to come on board it will be announced fast. If we don't get a call from them this time around, I will say 5 years or so.

Wrong again...even noted when those stadium shots were taken (1st, 2nd and 3rd Q).
Well I was PRESENT at the game and can tell you the student section was packed. So yeah fans emptied out at half time due to heat and took their time filing back in
But continue your personal obsession with USF attendance
How bad was the heat?
It wasn't that bad....
It was hot but notthe hottest game by any stretch of the imagination. The 64-12 USF-UCF game was way hotter than yesterday.
The crowd was ~60-40 USF/FSU. However, many people....and I many people...left around halftime.

Come on. Tennessee is a state flagship that has been playing football for 125 years, has been to 51 bowl games, and has won between 3 and 5 national titles, depending on how you count them. It's ridiculous to compare USF to Tennessee on attendance and fan support and no USF fans are doing that.

FIFY
Why would you even begin to compare almost ANY fan base/crowd to Vols Fans?
Vols are basically on another planet.

Actually, he's proud that his son learned from his life mistakes and went to UCF instead.

Both my parents and my sister attended USF. I was born in Tampa. Unfortunately for me, I did not get to pick the family I was born into.
