Question: Lines in the Sand
I'm fully willing to run our in-house, "Lines in the Sand", weekly contest on C-USA games against this year, if there is interest. My only hesitation is that interest fell off pretty quickly last year, so if there are other, and far better, options, I'm more than willing to forego our internal contest.
Thoughts?
I would again do weekly winners and cumulative winners, and this year post all results.
It takes some time, so want to make sure there is interest.

You can set up a college pick em on a site like ESPN. Then everyone could just enter their own picks and put them here for discussion if they wanted.

does it matter....and yeah, I think most understand how I feel about anything in support of espenis...
all I know is I resurrected the bettors' thread....and if that means playing by myself, so be it....
IMO, talk is 'sheep' and 'crickets'....

I'll play. Will probably make homer picks too many times to be a contender.

I'd play. Logging into "this or that" isn't really a problem...in the least. Most computer systems allows the user to save his/her passwords on the site. So, the inconveniences of logging in really isn't an inconvenience at all. JMO.

i'll play in here, but I would rather not have another site to have to keep up with. With fantasy football and everything else going on too.

As a contest or the thread in general? I was awaiting for the first post so I could continue to pick the first week's games as I try to do since I passed the mantle on.

I'm game. I usually don't do too well and sometimes miss a week but enjoy the banter it creates through each week

I think WKUFan ran away with it so early last year, it became boring because no one could catch him.
Let's do it.

RE: Question: Lines in the Sand
IMO, the SMU UNT game is the most interesting as both teams suck pretty bad from last season. Who can actually turn it around?
La Tech @ Arkansas would be my #2 as I bet Skip has a axe to grind with Arkansas after that Liberty Bowl loss.
