Nobody is a lock. Everybody has to wait until Christmas, according to the Iowa State Prez. Either a limp of coal or the golden ring. Nothing in between.

I think they spring loose way before Christmas. But with the Big 12, who the hell really knows?

3. Does not provide the name and contact info of the school's general counsel.

If USF was responding to the same e-mail Khator received, they did it wrong.

Rather, it looks like USF was soliciting an audience from the Big 12, while the Big 12 was inviting Houston to its process.

Being that Houston, and others, got the shaft during the formation of the Big XII, they probably deserve to be added just like TCU.
