Actually the ODU Women's Basketball team has 3 National Championships, the first was before women's sports was a part of the NCAA, The AIAW 1979 NC. But ODU has 28 team National Championships.

First of all there is no such thing as a "NON-qualifier" playing football. Only student athletes that have met all NCAA requirements participate. Second, you're a douche if you really think a kid has low intelligence because they didnt meet NCAA requirements to participate in athletics. There could be a host of factors.
