Hard to believe they would expand by 4 and not add a team or two from Florida...... very hard to believe.

Well if that is the case it's UCF. They can't deal with the USF investigation headache as well as Baylor

It depends how bad the infractions are. The B12 is trying to look long term and UCF and USF would lock down the I-4 corridor and a hot bed for recruiting for the league.
