We have investigated and found plenty of evidence that Hillary broke the law. I would normally refer this to the Justice Department for indictment, and if anyone else does what Hillary did, that's exactly what we'll do. But because dumbazz Lynch got busted in a private meeting with Bill last week, Lynch can no longer ignore our referral without looking like the partisan b*tch that she is.

Therefore, I will modify my interpretation of the statutes and add a component of intent, which is not in the statutes. Even though there is likely plenty of evidence of intent, we didnt look for intent because the statute doesnt require intent. I'll create some phony story about how no prosecutor will take this case to court without intent, and since we didnt look for intent, because intent is not required in order to be guilty, I will not refer her for prosecution. So now I have everyone going in a circle on intent. I'm banking on MSNBC and the liberal media to sell the story that there was no intent, therefore we cant prosecute.

Also, I'm well aware that its not the job of the FBI to determine if a prosecutor would take the case to trial or not. Its only our job to find the facts of the case. But my problem is that the facts of the case say Hillary is a corrupt criminal. If dumbazz Lynch had not gotten busted, I would have referred this on to the Justice Department and washed my hands of it. But because dumbazz went and got busted, I have to make up some reason as to why I wont refer a person in which the evidence says is guilty as sh*t. This is the best I could do given the time constraint put on me, especially since dumbazz Obama currently has Hillary on air force one on their way to campaign together in Carolina.

Also note that I have stated that there has been no other cases without intent brought against a person. While I know that is not true, I'm hoping the media loses interest in this story before they find those cases and report them.

And, once more, if any of you other peons try to pull this sh*t, your ass will be in federal pound me in the ass prison.
