Remember, all recruiting services give bonus pts for QUANTITY, not just quality, hence why UCF and Memphis are currently ranked in the Top 40....because those 2 teams have so many early commits...even though almost none are highly rated players.

Teams though like Texas are involved in a lot more 4-5 star recruiting battles...as in Rivals 5 star prospects alone, 17 out of the 26 Five Star recruits currently haven't committed to a school as of yet...let alone dozens and dozens of uncommitted 4 star recruits.

Those big programs recruiting rankings will skyrocket once those 4-5 star players finally commit to their programs come winter and/or even on signing day.

Thanks for repeating what the poster said in post #3 - but using many more words.

It's all in how you say it.

You are welcome...as all I did was respond to the initial post on a subject that I was interested in...and decided to post my opinion plus an additional informative link.

Sorry I didn't go thru each and every response prior to posting...but thank you for bringing the above to my attention but I'm still not sure why you bothered.

knight light, you are a good guest poster on this board. By 'guest', I mean a fan of another team. Your comments are usually fair and polite. Do not let a few of our posters discourage you. IMO, you should always be welcome on this board.

Well, he's got an obvious agenda with 95% of his posts. But he is polite, I guess.

He has to have thick skin if he's going to be such a frequent "guest" with an obvious agenda. And I think that he does - so he can take us having fun with him.
