Not a lot of people talk about us but we sent 3 Aggies. 1 in the 5th round, 1 in the 13th round and 1 in the 23rd round. NMSU a lot better in every other sport than ppl think.

uta infielder Darien Mclemore, son of former big league player Mark Mclemore signed a free agent deal withe the Braves.

Glad to see all these guys turn pro. No one drafted at AState this year, which is a first time in a long time for us, and shows how far we had fallen talent wise.

Have any of your schools lost draft eligible juniors? Guys who were eligible to return. I know there were a few that were drafted around the league. I know of UL's Reagan Bazar. What about Kuhnel? Billingsley? Others?

And, have any of your schools lost signees who may have been drafted? UL had two, but both of them have turned down their offers and are heading to Lafayette.

Studdard signed so he won't be back. Hennigan hasn't decided yet. Our other 3 were all Seniors.

Kuhnel and McLean were drafted out of UTA. Dont know of their status.

RHP Chase Hodson signed a FA contract with the Yankees. That makes 7. 6/7 have signed.
Jr pitcher Johnathan Hennigan has yet to make a decision. He was in talks with another team when Philly drafted him. Not sure if he wants to come back for Sr year or sign.

Well, all of our guys have now signed. We lost our entire starting rotation and our 2 best bullpen guys (seniors anyway)

The only guy with starter experience got some weekday games in. He'll be a sophomore

That was the word I heard. Just hadn't got wind of anything official, but wasn't digging either.
