Please explain to me where I/Walt went wrong with the schedule? It was mentioned during regional telecast we were playing SELA at home, Graham said we were playing @Texas, and the Stanford series "smells right" given that they came here in 2015.

Thanks for, as always, being a condescending ****.

If someone is wrong, please say so. It helps all of those who read threads like this for information.

It is, however, still more useful than reading your posts for information.

Reading this thread, one might come to the conclusion that we pay Coach Graham close to $1 million per year. (i.e., our AD is committed to keeping baseball as a Top 20 program and that some assume that to mean we would pay a new coach in the vicinity of $1 million. And frankly I doubt we'd pay a new coach significantly more than we're paying Wayne Graham now - - )

I think that's the point where the board is being accused of being in error.

But that's my sense of it. Someone else can correct me. I suspect Walt knows whether we're close to paying what UT or TCU just shelled out.

Do we know what David is getting from UT? I do think we'll pay Wayne's successor in the vicinity of what Wayne is making today, and I think Dr. K knows that will be required to get the caliber of head coach this program warrants and expects.

I have been quite impressed w Dr K's MBB, WBB hires. Those choices showed me he was prepared to act when the time came . I doubt choosing OG's successor would be any different.
I do wish JK could get Berkman and the OG on the same page. He is a huge name in Texas , and whatever his coaching abilities are/are not, he would be a big asset recruiting.
