OU regent against expansion

OU knows expansion is imminent now that Texas is getting to keep their deal with the LHN even with the B12 network forthcoming. Since Texas finally got what it wanted and approved expansion they are happy. OU is now basically posturing and saying "we want X since Texas got Y". Basically there is something they want and appearing to be "not so sure about expansion" all of a sudden is their way of being the ones to hold up the train until they get whatever concession they are seeking.

There is NO Big12 network as long as the LHN exists. And Texas isn't giving it up, so adding extra teams won't move the money needle for any Big12 school plus they will all lose playing Texas and OU on a yearly basis.
