This is the same idiot who said enlisted servicemen hate Obama and "Mrs Clinton," then proceeds to say his take isn't partisan. I'm surprised this guy is able to tie his shoes.

Who gives a sh1t? If Thornberry (and DoD) doesn't want warfighters raiding museum aircraft for parts, maybe not only should DoD spend its money better but maybe lawmakers should stop strangling it with their pet projects.

DoD is like your spoiled child: "JUST GIVE ME MORE MONEY!!!!!!!"

You posted the same story three times. DoD needs to budget better.

Dear Broncos,
Once again, things are not as simple as you make it appear. First of all, the fighter plane in the article, FA-18, is over twenty years old. The navy is working with an improved version of this plane, but also has to decide if it wants to make an investment in stealth aircraft, with the new F-35. The point being that does the navy continue to have parts made for the improved FA-18, or move in the direction of the F-35, or both.
From a personal point of view, the article that claims bad things ahead for the marines with the FA-18, comes from Fox News. I take anything that comes from Fox to be slanted, and mostly biased reporting.

An unfortunate reflection of his intellectual depth and moral character.

Don't lie!!! 05-mafia05-mafia05-mafia

You intentionally neglected this part of a previous post:

"There are many Democrats who support, and are respectful, to the men and women serving in our armed forces."

Don't bring it, if you can't back it.

The f35's are here to stay, although wisdom within those with insight say they are not a great jet. The older planes are still very serviceable, and are great warplanes, but we need parts. This shouldn't be an issue, but it is. ....and it is as simple as we make it appear.

One thing my children are not is spoiled. They are actually pretty down to earth, conscientious, and decent.

There is someone I am familiar with who always strikes me as "the spoiled child". Can't you guess who? That's right, it's you.

We've been appeasing North Korea for many years and multiple presidents. Is that a problem too? Should we invade or bomb North Korea, China, Iran, Iraq, Syria, Yemen, Russia and everybody else that does something we don't like?

It's called prudence.
