I love the Georgia Tech hire. Most of the league has older coaches, Josh will outwork em. Gets to build his own way,not follow Cal.

If Pastner wins the ACC will our "experts" admit that he can coach? I'll bet not.

If he wins the ACC it will be because he either hired an assistant to coach his offense or became a radically different coach. He never displayed the ability to coach well during his time here.

Georgia Tech loses their top 4 scorers from their team. Next year will be rough for them.

I wonder if he might bring Coach Lawson along in order to keep that pipeline open. I could easily see new Memphis new coach telling Lawson he will not be retained (assuming DL goes pro).

I don't think Keelon will have a problem being reassigned to Director of Basketball Operations or a similar position. He loves Memphis like the best of us and wants what's best for the program. Doesn't mean he won't be able to move back up but it's a great spot to learn the ropes. I would still pay him $200k to do that.

Beating Brian Gregory is just one step removed from collecting a participation trophy.

he couldnt beat usf, ucf, tulane, ecu

you think he's gonna magically be able to beat UNC/Duke/Syracuse/Virginia/Notre Dame with that garbage offense he runs

It was the final straw obviously, Tech would have kept him obviously. You're welcome

Can't have a kid on scholly and be a DOBO. NCAA rules now require any parent to be a full-time assistant.
