Going to be a dog fight

Knew it would be. Hopefully we're ready.

Pfft. We got this.

The ghosts of all those Sun Belt losses in the 80's at the BJCC will overcome them as soon as the Green and Gold get going.

WKU is playing some solid basketball, but it looked like they were going through the motions at first with North Texas. They quickly capitalized and got back on them in short order, though. It's too bad that Combs couldn't play.

It's going to be a tough game. They're playing at a good pace, and look really balanced. They're going to continue to utilize that size so, like last game, we have adjust and up our defensive intensity.

I'm not surprised.

WKU is also one of the deeper teams in the league. They're bench outscored us significantly last game, I believe.

It's like the old Sun Belt days.

Glad were playing them. Lets beat the hell out of them.

Good. Time to dominate the rest of this conference and terrify the NCAA self annointed kings.

Wku looked really good at times today. As for north Texas they were missing a key player and missed 11 FT. WKU also shots lights out 60% and made 19 FT vs 10 and out rebounded UNT by 18.

It's gonna be a fight tomorrow in the paint.

Kind of random, but the last time WKU lost to the same team in consecutive years in a conference tournament? UAB in 1986 and 1987.
