What do you mean?

To put it bluntly.. Why sign him?

We brought in quite a few WRs and don't really see the need. Would have liked to see that spot go to a TE or OT

He's a local athlete that runs a 4.4 40. Surely we can find somewhere to put him.

a 4.4? Seriously...

According to recruiting sites.

I am really excited about the size of the DBs we have signed. We need some size back there, hard to throw over and big hitters and hopefully they have some speed.

If you don't know about him why do you question his ability to fill a need the coach's obviously saw?

Well I guess not many colleges know about him either but hey it's all good.

I honestly doubt he runs a 4.4 but I can go along with it.

His ranking is the same as Paxton Lynch's coming out of high school.

I don't understand the questions, but I will tell you that he is being discussed for one of the most important positions in football....punt returner. The young man is a very good athlete, strongly built, is quick and very smart.

Probably end up using him as a dedicated kick/punt returner.

The final count: 16 signees, plus the 5 midyear additions. All scholarship slots now full. Mike Norvell: "This is a home run hitting class."

So, Coye Fairman, Sanchez Blake and Jonathan Timmons must be PWOs.

It is a really low risk signing. Good local kid, with great speed and great kick return skills. Being that we currently have the record for longest time since last KOR for a TD then I will take a kid with great kick returning skill and break away speed...

Good balance. Glad to see we most heavily addressed our secondary we were definitely weak last year.

Will they announce the preferred walk-ons or will we have to wait until the spring game to see who was added to the roster as walk-ons?

Hunter Hill is a preferred walk-on, therefore not taking a spot from anyone.

mt.org will always find something to complain about.

Best I can tell, Fairman would be on scholarship. Hill, Blake, and Timmons would be the PWO's.
