doesn't Florida State and Miami have access to those same recruiting areas, plus the Carolinas and Atlanta area?

So South Florida will improve huh? But it will still be behind UCONN, Syracuse, Louisville, West Virginia, Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, Marquette, DePaul, Notre Dame

Here's a hint, you will never crack the top ten of the Big East in basketball.

And they will never be the best basketball program in Florida

BTW, 1/4 of the new Big East basketball conference came from Conference USA...

If you couldn't beat Louisville, Cincinnati, Marquette and DePaul in CUSA, how are you going to beat them in the Big East.

As for recruits not wanting to play in one of the best conferences and in a warm climate, they can go to Florida State, Florida or Miami and be better off

One other thing, people come to see the big games, but could care less about coming for the lesser games, USM knows about that all too well. Huge crowds of USM fans came to see us play Louisville, Cncinnati and Memphis, but it was atleast half dead when USF came to town.

The best thing that happened to C-USA, was for USF to go to the B/E. We would never have been able to find any, and I mean any fans to come out to that game. WVU, will run one of their United National Bank 2 for 1 specials for that game. I will guarantee it.

ouch....

Funny how the only people turning 0 for the last 18 into a positive are several delusional ucf fans.

Unlike UCF, the Bulls were competitive in CUSA and we didn't alienate half the conference without our loudmouth coaches, AD and University President.

That's the best you got CyberBull? Talking about a coach that has not been affiliated with the program for 2 years? Talking about our past performance in football like it has something to do the future? You're so clueless.

UCF is doing everything RIGHT on path to becoming a quality athletic school. USF has not done jack sh!t. You run your mouth like your school is doing something! You call us delusional because we're optomistic? Well, when you have some of the best coaching in the nation building your athletic programs and some of the nicest facilities in the state under construction, why wouldn't we be?

After UCF finishs showing a recruit our resort-like campus (which if you've been there anytime recently you know this is true), they'll show them our first class athletics complex, complete with every ammenity that a student could ask for. Then they'll introduce them to Ed Ellis, who is going to get their body prepared to compete at a professional level. Then the players are going to take the recruit for a night out and instroduce them to the beautiful ladies of Orlando and UCF...

USF will show a recruit 15 fried chicken joints, the USF football "trailer" park, and a crack addict whore he can screw for 50 bucks.

Oh yeah, but you'll be loosing in the Big East ,so that makes it all worth it!

You call that smack?

Wish I was 18 and on a recruiting trip.

Living here in Orlampa, and teaching Senior Honor students, I give the nod to Orlando for quality of life.

However, most football players do not necessarily come from the burbs.

You were?

The only delusional fans are the idiots like you who believe USF will be some kind of Miami, when in reality you'll be just another Rutgers.

USF has done nothing. NOTHING.
