Should really be 7-2 since UCF beat Baylor in the Fiesta. It was the Big
East last year with BCS access and they had essentially already become the American plus UCF was playing with a team recruited and built in CUSA.

Does anyone have a list of those games?

Houston would have been a much tougher opponent for Alabama... But looks like most would have been also.

Dont know about that bunch, I saw a injured QB for Florida State that couldnt get any push to throw the ball. Not saying it would have made a difference but Alabama would have ran all over that Houston defense.

Alabama would've crushed any college team last night.

That was the year Hawaii beat us in overtime 45 - 44 when we didn't get the two point conversion (and we kind of sucked that year). By FAR, the weakest contender the non-cartel schools have sent.

Maguire was throwing the ball just fine. He made it rain on our secondary once we went to zone. They scored 21 points in the 2nd half.

The key was them opening it up and changing the game plan. They wanted to run it down our throats but Cook was getting lit up. So they opened the playbook up. However, we kept scoring. 05-stirthepot 02-13-banana

Congrats on the win ShockerBob.

You've been missed here.

Your balanced sense of humor has been missed the past few weeks. The young kids can't mix humor with semi-serious stuff and they react like a gaggle of scared cats at the sight of anything resembling satire/irony.

Congrats again on the win. The Cougars looked really, really good.

Naturally they're gonna outnumber UH in Atlanta because they're 8 hours closer, have more alums in Atlanta and have a bigger fanbase overall.

You'd have been better off using general UH attendance smack.

I think you may want to re-read the part you quoted. Ole blue is a Miami fan. He hates FSU. You just smeared your only ally on this board for a day.

I see it now. And unfortunately, UH was very outnumbered as can be expected.

Any G5 school that plays in a New Years Six bowl game is gonna be outnumbered. Houston represented well.

If it had been the Cotton Bowl, it would have been half the stadium bleeding UH red. Or possibly even the Sugar Bowl which is almost as close.
