Why would UCONN be a part of this? They are clearly not a Big 12 candidate and would not benefit from any kind of lawsuit. If the Big 12 expands, it would most likely result in losing Cincinnati, Memphis, and/or Houston which would not be a good thing for UCONN. I can only laugh at your weak attempt.

There's no cause of action here. "Fraud" isn't a tort.

The plaintiffs you are describing wouldn't have Article III standing to bring suit, even if there was a cause of action available. There is no injury in fact that is fairly traceable to the name of the BigXII that would be redressable by a name change or expansion.

What court? Court documents are public records. Even if files in the lawsuit are sealed, the existence of the docket cannot be. What court? What venue? How has no one else noticed?

You don't just bring suit and automatically win. You have to win a judgment, which is public record. And the judgment your describing is the kind of stuff people who don't know jack about the law think sounds lawyer-like. Contracts would never be voided in the manner you are describing.

This isn't funny. It's just stupid. Go away, try better next time.
