WKU moves up to 27th most votes in the AP Top 25 and the Coaches Poll. A win against USM this Saturday might propel us to the Top 25.

I really thought USM would get some votes in these polls this week.

Believe Western is getting hosed by the Polls. They ought to be at least 23-25. Can't believe Southern Miss is not getting at least one vote in AP or Coaches poll.

WKU is the only 10-2 team not ranked in the Top 25.

Our loss to IU is really hurting us, and LSU loss is looked worse and worse as the season went on.

This is going to be a good conference championship game. Maybe next year for my Herd

WKU should easily be #22 or so.

Not much to hang our hat on really. Losing to a .500 Big10 team, a LSU team that is not so great by 28, LaTech has fallen off lately and Marshall is really just average. I think we are good enough to be ranked but blew our chances @ IU and against LSU. If we beat USM and win the bowl game convincingly we might sneak in.

Marshall is above average. Played a terrible game at your place.

I would be shocked if beating USM next week doesn't do it. One of Temple/Houston will fall out. And most of the teams between 20-27 aren't playing in a CCG. Extra win would boost our resume.

Its not important next week. Its important that the final ranking is too 25. If you win both, you will break in.
