RE: NIU/BUFFALO Prediction Thread
We win this game UNLESS:

Graham turns the ball over and/or you hear someone by the name of Tommy handing off the ball.

The UB D has to be drooling over certain possibilities. Graham must make a throw early that will back them off. And, our line and coaches best protect him and...as much as we may need him to run....limit those runs.

Funny, because our season hangs in the balance and we seem pretty cool about it. Hopefully, our gut spells us right. We got a whole bunch of confidence and good feeling about last week'+s game, but reality is also somewhere out there.

Graham was the 5th string QB a short time ago. We did not have an incredibly strong stable of quarterbacks ahead of him (save, our starter). The very little he played before Toledo...he didn't inspire. And, he did not have the prep credentials that made any of us long for him. And, what replaces him if he gets hurt is a true freshman (walk-on?).

I am full boat Huskie kool-aid and root for our Mr. Graham FULLY...What a story.

I hope.

Somebody tweeted me Graham had a history of concussions in high school. Anybody know the truth to that? Interested to see how much they run him tonight. They need him healthy.

One other thing
Logan with two PI's and 1 burn for a TD accounting for all 13 Buffalo points.

Cows - 35
Dogs - 24

UB is good enough to beat an inexperienced QB.

Our defense is playing lights out and they will dominate Buffalo until the offense rolls. NIU 55, Bullshitz 13.

RE: NIU/BUFFALO Prediction Thread
I'm nervous. But then I am always nervous when I have to watch on TV & am not there in person.
I think the team steps up - just like they did in Toledo - and gives our QB everything he needs to be a success. Our D has to play hard.

Hoping for a win & feeling like it is going to be nervewracking. Good thing it's not me out on that field!

55? Ha, I'll be happy if we score 25.

If the weather is half way decent, NIU will win pretty easy. Too many offensive weapons and good defense.

NIU - 34

Buffalo - 17

I'm nervous when I watch on TV or am at the game. Makes no difference. The only time my nerves calm down is when the football season ends. Can't wait; I am so tired of being nervous and having a painful chest.

27-13 NIUs defense plays great all night and Lurry gets a pick 6. Kenny G with another TD.

I need the over and under on bubble screens and jet sweeps before I can make an educated prediction.

RE: NIU/BUFFALO Prediction Thread
I see that I am with many others:

NIU: 27
Buffalo: 17

Buffalo looks like an unpredictable team: They got crushed by CMU, then crush Ohio, then only beat Miami (Ohio) by 5, and Kent St. by 1. Recently, other than against Ohio when they scored 41 pts they are a pretty low scoring team. So I do not see them scoring 20 or more points against our D. Their defense looks solid, but I am comfortable we will get in the high 20's. I hope Lurry gets back on track with a pick, and he is due for a pick 6! Turner takes a kickoff to the house! This is the first of the 3 game run to clinch the MAC West! GO HUSKIES!!!!!!
