I hate the way it all went down, but it was a blessing in disguise as far as long term stability of the program.

I will always be a UAB fan unless you are playing Marshall.

He hasn't, but we're apparently stuck with him, so everyone's playing nice.

It seems like the Birmingham money guys said we will do this with or without you. We can be more successful with your help and you can rehabilitate your image in the process.

It might be a win-win for all involved.

That former UAT RB Mark Ingram? Or just a coincidence? He hasn't even been out of the program what 4 years? Seems kinda soon for him to be involved with the board, but he probably has some $$ after playing with the Saints if the same dude.
