RE: Why is no one talking about the Heisman race?
Heisman has always been political as notated by a previous poster. Never will stop being. With that said I want Boykin to win it. Without Boykin TCU would be a very very good team, with him they are great.

But what would LSU be w/o Fournette? Would they even be very good? Debatable.

LSU IMO still would be undefeated at this point in the season. TCU IMO wouldn't be. They keep their shelfs stocked with top talent. Fournette isn't throwing and running the ball. Boykin does both. Just my opinion.

My only problem with Boykin is that the Big 12 is such a run-and-shoot and no defense league that offensive stats generated there seem like funny-money to me.
Kind of like 25-30 years ago when Lavell Edwards coached BYU. Didn't matter who the QB was, whether they were a legitimate NFL talent like Jim McMahon, or a pretender like Ty Detmer, they always threw for 4,000 yards (back when that was a big deal) and 40 touchdowns. It's a system thing.
So there's a "ho-hum" quality to whatever run-and-throw Big 12 QB is putting up PS4 stats in a given year.
