The young man did not appear to be knocked out. He may have been knocked woozy...but I saw movement.

the rule is as long as the punter is inside the tackle box, you cant touch him. in this case he was still in. later in the game, he punted from outside the tackle box but you could see our guys pull up even though they could have probably gotten the block. Fuente said last night they had told the guys that their punter was a runner so go ahead and hit him because he would probably be out of the box.

The clowns on Red Cup Rebellion are all high 5'ing him and say they should kick Memphis off their schedule or at least never play here again. Oxford or nothing b/c they are P5 and "above" playing an away game at a non- P5.

I actually thought THIS was the play that was the turning point of the game.

I yearn for the day when we're playing Texas, Oklahoma, TCU, Baylor, WVU, etc, and we can tell these idiots that we don't need to play them anymore.

We've beaten some of their best teams, yet they always have a laundry list of excuses.

I probably would've done the same thing if I were the AD of my state's flagship, P5 university and my football team had just been hammered on national TV by a commuter university from a neighboring state. I expect that's the kind of thing that would make you a bit touchy.

The fact that so many of the walk-ons played such a large role in winning the game really had to ruffle his feathers. ESPN going on about how a team with so many walk-ons was laying it too a teams with years and years of top 20 recruiting class.
