Agreed...But for us to get the nod we would have to win convincingly

If we win a close one we will need a bunch of help...Like Temple or Navy beating Notre Dame and Cinci Beating Miami and BGSU not losing again and Kansas making a bowl to prop up our schedule.

But if the ACC has an undefeated, BIG has a 1 loss, PAC has a 1 loss , and the BIG XII has a 1 loss they may still squeeze us out.

If a G5 convincingly beats 1 of the P5 champions they will get the nod if they are undefeated.

You forget we do not belong to the p5 country club. There is no playoff, just a country club championship. There has never been an NCAA football champion in our division, and there never will be one until every team can play its' way into a tournament by winning its' conference. Just like every NCAA champion is determined. Until then I have no interest in country club football.
