RE: My two cents on the East so far
Right now, we are in no position to think we will roll anyone. That's totally delusional. Hell, I am not sure we beat Kent St this Saturday. We have a ton of injuries, a Freshmen QB making his first start on the road, just kicked off a two year starter at Safety for reasons unknown. Right now MU football is anything but a sure thing. 42 needs to realize that.

Most of the C-USA East teams have not even played a conference, let alone division game. I suspect the things will change dramatically.

P.S. I HOPE things will change dramatically.

He has left the program. No details. Word is he wasn't happy he lost his starting job at the beginning of the year and was not putting forth the effort in practice and running his mouth. Evidently, like AJL, the seniors voted him out.

Where did you get that information? I haven't seen anything on the matter at all. I'm not saying you are a liar, but I just don't want to just to conclusions.

Fun fact: Western hasn't beat us in Bowling Green since 1989. Now we didn't play from 1991 through 2006. We still have beat them 3 straight since 2007 in their home stadium. And they have beat us 2 out of 4 times in our home stadium. In other words, home field advantage doesn't mean much in our series of late.

Yea, how can we forget the knee on the ground fumble return gift, that one still haunts many Topper faithful.

WKU has the easiest route in CUSA playing Marshall and MTSU at home but the loss of Allen is going to hurt them.

Still think Marshall is going to be competitive in the east even though they played poorly against a mediocre MAC team.

I think FIU could get to 7 wins beating ODU, UTEP, Charlotte, FAU and UMASS.

FAU could have beat Tulsa and played competitive against Miami but let Buffalo beat then at home. They have some winnable games on the road, UTEP, ODU and Charlotte and they have played better on the road.

ODU struggled at home against NC State and had to mount a comeback to beat one of the worst teams in FBS. But ODU has a got a very good RB so I think they could get to 4 wins with wins over Charlotte, UTEP and FAU at home. If they beat APP state 5 wins.

Charlotte - its going to take some time to be competitive

I just hope we defeat Florida International tomorrow. I am concerned about that game with all of our injuries and FIU seems to be a pretty good team. Hopefully we will win tomorrow and not sustain any more injuries and are healthy for the upcoming @ Lafayette game and the rest of the season.
