That will sort itself out in conference play.

As I am biased, I think App should be ranked higher obviously, but the two teams I think should be ranked higher on here than they currently are, are the Cajuns and Troy. I think with Ellison back, GaSo could be ranked higher, too, but I'd like to see how they do with him before committing. I believe ASU has the talent to be better, but they seem to have issues with their strength and conditioning in my opinion based on all the injuries they keep having.

We beat the spread by 28 points last week. I just hope we beat can beat the spread (+35) vs a very good Wisconsin team. If we can continue to beat spreads, we will deserve to move up. I'm looking to win, but would be satisfied with keeping it under a 3 TD game, and not the 5 TDs vegas is predicting. That would be progress.

I agree. Troy being at least a hair better than last year will likely be favored vs Georgia State.

The jury is still out on USA. Factor in that we had nearly as many passing yards and 3 less first downs against Nebraska as BYU did when they beat them, and then BYU mashing Boise State the next week. The defense needs some work but no way we're 121.

Then again, it's still too early to be rating teams anyway. At least, most of them.

The fact Auburn is still considered a top 25 team in this poll makes me ignore anything else it provides.
