Maybe it will get better. So far I am rooting for the zombies to get them all
I am too..they introduced way too many new characters last night. The zombies are reducing in numbers faster than the wildlings. The white walkers and zombies need to combine forces. Oh wait...
You do know he was talking about FTWD right?
You don't get my joke, but it's Sall Goodman...cheers!

RE: OT: The Walking Dead (SPOILERS)
Personally I like the human vs. human struggle that we saw in the finale. I have a difficult time believing that Neegan would be a lightweight in terms of what survivors would face in post- apocalyptic world. I remember the blackouts of NYC during the energy crisis of the 1970's. Murder, mayhem, death and destruction in real life. The consequences of the total breakdown of society would probably be far worse than even the most twisted screen writer good envision.
TWD's real staying power has been it's willingness to kill-off any character at anytime. I hope that it continues this strength. My biggest fear is certain death becomes contrived like a Star Trek episode where you know the unknown crewman is always going to die.
Anyone have any idea who got Lucille used on them Sunday night?

RE: OT: The Walking Dead (SPOILERS)
I think that unfortunately in some debacle such as the zombie epidemic that happened here, more of the bad characters of human kind would survive because they are more used to having to survive. So I'm glad to see that being shown now in this show were Negan a bad guy has harnessed many of those bad types and rules by fear over the rest. At the end humans are worse to each other than shy animal or zombie could ever be. So as the time goes by and there are less people turning into zombies and the old zombies rot out, the bigger threats will be bad human characters that have taken control of the lack of society and rules.
As for who got killed? I'm going to with; the red hair guy, can't think of his name, Rosita or what's his name that was driving the trailer.

For one, there was basically no "walkers" in the episode...which is the whole premise of the show. It was what made this seasons premier SO good...the fact that they had to battle the walkers in so many different ways.
Instead, there was some convoluted story line of driving around with the major cast members. The idea that there are 3 different routes, in which there are no walkers, to get where they were going is just ridiculous. And the idea that you would just back off and leave just didn't fit the show. They could have cut the episode by a half hour and just had one meetup, right outside the Hilltop colony.
Hope the show doesn't just turn into a human v human situation...that takes away from the idea of you are just a split second from your death suspense. If we want to see real people acting stupid and killing each other....there are plenty of shows for that.
The Walking Dead (comics and TV) is supposed to be primarily about the human v. human situation as time goes on; they were driving around to get Maggie to the Hilltop aka the location of the only doctor in the area; there were probably no walkers because the Saviors had like 20-40 men at each stop; etc. The overall purpose of the episode was to break down the Alexandrians' self-confidence, since they felt that the Saviors were pushovers after killing ~40 of them over the events of 6B.
Not trying to completely defend the episode as the showrunners definitely ruined what would have been the Red Wedding of TWD. Not only that, but showing who dies at the end of that scene was absolutely necessary for both Rick's group and the viewers to fully "appreciate" Negan and the Saviors and AMC decided that they needed a ratings gimmick instead.

The Red Hair guy is Abraham, the guy driving the trailer was Eugene. I know it wasn't Rick or Carl because Negan says "if Carl makes a sound cut his other eye out and feed it to his father."
Negan is a sadistic prick. I don't believe killing a woman gives him any satisfaction. I'm guessing it was Abraham. If you notice as they lined up on the ground, Abraham stood up taller than anyone else. They even made a point to shoot him from behind to exaggerate his defiant position.
