We are already there. I would rather we simply go to a relegation type system like soccer leagues where each year the top G5 teams get to compete in a P5 conference and replace the bottom 5 P5 teams.

First, I am far from oblivious to the current status of Division I football and the growing chasm between the P5 and G5 conferences.

Second, your response to my post goes beyond the pale. A close relative of mine was raped. You have no idea how different my response was to that horrific event contrasted to my respectful opinion that your thread lacks merit.

Third, I am sorry that I took time to post on this thread the first time. After this post, I will not waste another second for further comment.

I do ask that (1) you reconsider whether or not your proposal has any validity to be seriously considered (which in my opinon, it does not), and (2) please apologise for your insensitive and grossly inappropriate simile regarding my gentle reaction to your thread.
