It reminds me of all the Baylor fans who posted on and on about their receivers who ran 'legit' 4.2's and how they were going to toast us on fly patterns all day. In reality, none of those receivers ran anything close at the combine, and the fastest player on the field that day was Perriman, by a wide margin. Even Rannell Hall, whose 40 was disappointing, looked faster than most of their defenders.
He doesn't go to UCF, how is it possible that he could be fast or strong?!

Thats crazy if true. Is this a 4.3 confirmed laser time or like a we have heard he's been clocked in the 4.3's once type thing? Either way its impressive to run that fast for his size. Just wondering if he will run in the 4.3's at the combine. If he can, thats definite 1st round athleticism.
lol stop believing everything you read on the internet....no d1 size OLB is running a 4.3 ...
if this is true he is way too skinny to play in the NFL...
no OLB has ran 4.3 in the history of the combine...
not a jab on ecu but im going to need to see an official time and weight to believe
Your right, the head coach, position coach, DC and S&C Coach are all in on it. They made up his 40 time to give him a false sense of accomplishment.

40 times and vertical leap times are usually like basketball heights..there's a little embellishment.

It would help to play more lower-rung " A5" teams and fewer of the upper-rung. UofM's "A5" losses last season were both against ranked teams (Ole Miss & UCLA). At any rate, it is unreasonable to expect to win more than 50% of our "A5" contests across the conference.

Well, everything is smaller in Tx. And fine, we'll say 4.3 is BS and go with a 4.4.
I'll just leave this here.....https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8RFkZkmemns

Memphis guard Joe Jackson used to be listed at 6-6'1"
Memphis (St) basketball players Penny Hardaway and Anthony Douglas were both listed at 6'7". Penny was about 3" taller than Douglas.

You make a good point. I can't argue with that.

That whizzing sound you heard overhead is the point.
