Just a couple of questions, but wouldn't that 40% of federal convictions be mainly convictions for illegally entering the country? How much of the 40% be something other than that? Since most arrests are at the state or local level wouldn't that be a much better indicator of the crime rate among illegals? Knowing the answers to those questions would seem to me to make a significant difference in the discussion.
