RE: Rice v UH tickets
They are all General Admission. Probably best to buy at the park, especially given the weather.

That's my plan.

Likewise. No real advantage to buying them ahead of time.

And get there early. The wait in the ticket line last year was at least 20 minutes and with both teams hot and the Silver Glove in play the crowd should be larger than last year.

During his radio show tonight, The OG just confirmed that Glenn Otto will get the start against the Coogs tomorrow.
Remember, this weekend's series is Thursday, Friday and Saturday ve. FIU....so one would think that Wayne would like to conserve his bullpen, if possible. My guess is that tomorrow will be Otto, Williamson, Solecitto, Salinas and Pettitte, with Orewiler available for a one-inning closing role if we have the lead.

Both. The crowd last year wasn't huge and good seats were available even if you didn't get in until the 3rd inning. But the Constellation Field box office operation was third rate. Reckling's was better. Maybe they'll do better this year.

Not only were they totally unprepared to sell tickets to a large, walk-up crowd, but they only opened one concession stand. It was on the UH side of the park, too. Very long lines. I certainly hope the ballpark is better prepared this year.
Go Owls!
