RE: Marshall vs ODU
Thanks, MUTeke! I'm guessing the parking near the stadium fills up quickly??
We are thinking of staying with my sister-in-law in Lexington VA (about 3-4 hours away). So, if we drive over in the morning are there lots where we can park and then catch the shuttles?
I really don't want to spend money on a hotel since we've got some BB tourneys the next two year and, hopefully, a bowl trip that will eat away the travel budget!

Non-reserved lots and street parking usually fill up quickly.
I was going to suggest parking downtown at the Pullman Square garages and taking the Pullman shuttle to the stadium. Checking up on it, I don't think they run that shuttle on game days anymore.
My suggestion would be to call the MU ticket office (1-800-THE-HERD) and ask about parking and shuttle service.

Spoke to the person that oversees the ticket office this morning. He said they are working on getting a shuttle set up from downtown to the stadium. There are no shuttles that run from the campus lots, unfortunately. Furthest one is 4 blocks from the stadium.
If you get in town early enough(3-4 hours before kickoff), I would drive around the stadium first to see if you can find a pay lot at one of the nearby businesses before parking in the campus lots or garages. Might save you a walk.
If they get the downtown shuttle set up, you could park at the Pullman Square parking garages and ride to the stadium from there.
