Feel for you on that. We are dealing with the same thing with my Grandmother's house. If you are like me you hate to see the house go but will be glad when the process is over with. The probate process has been hard enough for us and that's with one of my cousins working in the probate office for a few years.

My wife just lost her father two weeks ago and her aunt two weeks before that and we are handling their affairs like you. So we understand the emotion and stress of it all. Glad you are back and are fine otherwise.
