Well that confirms it....when they deny it usually means they are gone.. I hope not ..Too much work to be completed here. A new AD sets the program in cruise control for at least one year

I would imagine he'll be gone before a shovel hits the ground. Its a lot easier to throw together a nice Plan. Really tough to get it implemented, especially with all the many hurdles - money, conference, lack of fans, and even the uncertain future of football itself.

If it's not now, I expect STF to be gone soon. Good for him! He deserves it. I have no doubt we will get someone else who will move forward with growing the department.

I think STF is great and has already done so much for the program. When the time comes to seek a new AD, I hope we find someone who can, in some way, connect with donors at all levels. As much as possible, the AD and (HAF staff) should know the names of all donors at the top levels, or at least recognize them by face. Even making an effort to meet them would be great. This will increase donations as donors are made to feel they have an ownership interest in the program.
