I'm glad we got one since we chased it for so long. Good economic development but I'm like you m88, I rarely venture outside the 240 loop. Probably won't make a special trip out there. Who knows though. I will say they aren't doing it on the cheap as the building permit was for 4.2 million dollars. All the fixtures must be solid gold.

It's no accident they announce shortly after IKEA announced they're coming to Wolfchase.
IKEA, Walmart, Sam's, Target, Lowe's, Home Depot, Best Buy, Big Lots, Toys-R-Us, Kroger, and the Wolfchase Mall make that area a big box, warehouse style retail destination...when folks come to Memphis from Nashville or Jackson, it's the first area they come to.

I get it, it's so busy nobody goes there?
It depends on when you hit those. We go to one in Southlake pretty often and if you don't get there as early as you can for dinner or brunch you will have to wait. Love sitting on the patio here.

It's good to reflect the health and attractiveness of the market. But I went to the one in Vegas in 2013. Not impressed. But glad that they're interested in the 901.

It's a lot closer to Houston's than to Applebee's.
I think Houston's is Applebee's food for Ruth's Chris prices.
Not unless Applebee's has improved quality. Haven't been to one in decades. Houston's is greatly overpriced, but people stand in like to get into that joint.

Theres one in Fort Lauderdale. More of a novelty than anything else. Cant remember the last time I was there, as its more of a tourist thing. And im always wary of a restuarant with a 15 page menu.

Memphis is the only NBA city to not have a Cheesecake factory. Apparently players like to hang out there because they have a big portions and the booths are long and private. Who knew?

Why don't they put it out where they live then?
Someplace nice?
It's a chain restaurant...what makes you think they'll stop at one?
Beale and Carriage Crossing would be great sites for expansion...
