AAC gets snubbed for second straight year
Last year it was SMU, this year it's Temple and perhaps Tulsa. That's a lot of money to lose.

Mountain West got snubbed, too. CSU and Temple definitely deserve in over UCLA and Texas.

Committee chair just said on CBS that Wyoming took Temple's spot. exact words.

CSU and Temple should have been above the other two on the cut line if results actually mattered.

Temple should have been in. It could be due to the overall strength of the AAC. It's been beaten to death on this board and I know UC lost to a couple of them but the teams in the lower half of the conference need to step things up in scheduling and winning.

Yes, it is clear that P5 teams like LSU and UCLA can have SOS ranks in the 50s-70s but G5 schools cannot. Gotta try and schedule better.

If they get an 8 seed Temple is a 9....we are right behind Cincy.

If you look at the number objectively, you'll see that's not the case.

One team was 6-3 and the other 2-8 against the RPI Top 50.

At least the Neilson's rating boxes in my house won't be tuned into the tournament with the possible exception of Cincy and SMU games. I'll make sure that they are on watching something else.

UC earned their spot. Temple did too and it sucks for them but nothing to be done about it.

Temple got screwed, but 2 wins vs. the top 50 is what did them in (even if I think they should be there). Cincy has a couple bad losses, but 6 wins vs. the top 50.

Ditto

The fact that they followed up SMU last year, with Temple this year... and those were the most glaring omissions, consecutively... makes them look bad.

Now SMU just has to win the whole thing like UCONN did.

Cinci deserves to be in. No complaining there, but so does Temple. SMU, please destroy UCLA.
