I am just saying you guy think your worth is better than it is. If you guys were so great you wouldn't be in the AAC aka mid major conference
Somebody change this guy's diaper already.

The biggest joke is the old Mrs. Black Bears in the NCAA.

So, all of us should have a top 25 ranked OOC schedule? That seems to be a bit of a tall order.

no, if the dregs in this conference just didnt have OOC schedules in thr 300-400's it would have been nice.

Cincy is just 6 seasons removed from an undefeated CFB season, a BCS final ranking of #3, and a replacement second from going to a National Title game. They won 4 CFB conference titles since with a corresponding 4 time final Top 25 ranking. Not to mention that they along with UConn are the only teams in this whole freakin conference that has National Title trophies in their trophy case. Far to early in the year for such a mosquito problem.
Cincy had a great year that year no doubt and have been very effective for a nice long stretch. A good head coach helps and Brian Kelly was a very good coach. Too bad he left the program before that bowl game or they may have gone undefeated that year.
There is something about a Kelly statement that bothered me that year. It was something about how his defense couldn't stop Florida(?) or was it the top BCS team (Alabama?). I'm paraphrasing what he said but recall it be a negative statement (quote?) of some sort that perhaps hurt UC's chances of getting their shot of playing for the NC.
Does anyone remember what he said and the context of what he said?

We don't have any "dregs" in our conference. We have universities that have programs that have some work to do on the field, court, or at the box office; but we don't have "dregs" in our conference.

I agree with this pov. A realitstic argument can be made that any of the bottom five teams could be a consistent winner quickly. Time will tell, obviously.
