I figure we'll have to wait until after NIT bids are announced Sunday afternoon so maybe Bowen and Pastner meet Monday and we find out either Monday afternoon or Tuesday?

Will there be a press conference either way or only if he's being let go?

I'm expecting him to be retained but it's not over until it's over.

He's going to be here through next year at least.

Yes let's believe the AD, after all they NEVER lie about whether or not they are keeping a coach before they season is over (ever hear about this little thing called the AD's vote of confidence???)

Bowen is meeting with the money people within the next week or so. It's gonna get interesting, IMO.
Certainly it will be longer than a week before anything is settled. May 1 is the ticket renewal deadline so there is that.
We will know soon enough for sure. A bunch of future money and short term money hinges on what happens and that matters big time.

I think he gets another year, so I would assume no announcement is made.

I'm actually more concerned with our athletic department suddenly appearing to be cheap skates. That leads me to believe that Josh isn't going anywhere any time soon. And also makes me believe that if he does we are gonna go cheap when we hire his replacement. I'm seriously worried that basketball is being de-emphasized.
