Sucking at basketball with an Upward BB coach (who I wish was coaching my girls) does not get you in the Big 12.

He's without a doubt my first choice. I really think he'd come here. But we better act fast before he does what you're saying. I think he'll do it sooner than that. The guy can flat out coach. He's very dynamic and he would breath life back into this program. I'm done with twinkle toes.

Agreed. Bruce has hit his stride at the most important time. The guy is a winner and he able to get guys to play above their talent level.

Pearl is awesome, but the timing is not right.

Well something needs to happen. The status quo isn't cutting it.

Pearl would still be in the same position this time next year. If we can get him now, we can get him them. Going to require patience, but we have higher priorities right now. Football is key to any realignment. And realignment is key to remaining competitive in any sports in the future. We miss that boat and basketball is going to become truly mid-major as well.
